After topping out at an embarrassing 40% in New Hampshire Tuesday, Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney absorbed another campaign body blow Wednesday as the UN ambassador voted "most likely to be cast as Dr. Strangelove in the remake" tried to hitch himself to the former Massachusetts governor's star.
